Smartphones have become ubiquitous and have entered almost every aspect of our lives. While adults are seen engrossed in their smartphones for hours, children are not far behind. Although smartphones offer unprecedented access to information, entertainment, and connectivity, there seems to be a growing concern about its impact on children, especially with regard to brain development.
In his interview with famed podcast host and neuroscientist Dr Andrew Huberman, social psychologist Dr Jonathan Haidt explored the reasons why smartphones should be kept away from children or at the very least, should be used under strict supervision.
