Former biggest seller on Amazon, Appario Retail, sues CCI: What this means and makes it important

Appario, the former biggest seller on Amazon India, has filed a legal challenge against the Competition Commission of India (CCI) over an antitrust investigation that found the e-commerce giant and several of its sellers in violation of local competition laws.
According to a report in Reuters, the lawsuit, filed by Appario in the Karnataka High Court, seeks to quash the CCI’s investigation report and a related order that required the company to submit its financial statements.
