OpenAI’s newsroom account on X hacked

One of OpenAI’s accounts on X on Monday reported a security breach, allegedly linked to cryptocurrency scams. A post appeared on the ChatGPT maker’s ‘Newsmaker’ account, advertising an OpenAI-themed crypto token called $OPENAI, directing users to a fake website.
