Cab driver jumps off sea link, dies; police suspect losses in online gaming

A 35-year-old app-based cab driver allegedly jumped from Bandra-Worli-Sea-Link early Friday. The driver left his mobile phone inside his vehicle, through which the police managed to reach out to his brother and informed him about the incident.

According to police, the deceased has been identified as Altaf Mohamed Hussain, a native of Uttar Pradesh. He stayed with his brothers in Mumbai’s Govandi area, said police.
