Apple iOS 18 call recording: Why iPhone users have to wait to use this feature

Apple announced multiple Apple Intelligence-based features for the Phone app on supported iPhones. These features are expected to arrive with the iOS 18.1 update, the public beta version of which has already been started rolling out of iOS 18.1. The call recording feature will allow iPhone users to start, pause, and stop recording during a phone call.
