Mumbai: Sumitra Shyam (42), a housewife in Uttar Pradesh’s Mirzapur, has a robust business of running a Wi-Fi hotspot at her residence in the city’s Wellesley Ganj locality. Shyam sells data vouchers priced at Rs 5, Rs 10, Rs 50 or Rs 100 each to 15-20 low-income phone users every day who use it for downloading movies, gaming, video calling and e-learning.
