From semiconductors to telecom, Brookfield tries to catch trends early and go deep, says India infra vertical head

After investing $13 billion – or 45% of its total deployment in India since setting up office in 2009 – to bankroll toll roads, telecom towers, gas pipelines, data centres and optic fibres, Canadian asset manager Brookfield is looking at newer opportunities within the infrastructure spectrum to back the young, digitally native but climate conscious population of the world’s fastest growing large economy.
