Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani revealed two biggest things that propelled the growth of United Payments Interface (UPI) in India. Speaking at the third episode of Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath’s podcast “People by WTF”, Nilekani said that UPI ‘made spending money as easy as sending an email or sending a WhatsApp message’.
