Israeli software company OpenWeb reportedly finds itself in a leadership crisis as founder-CEO Nadav Shoval publicly disputes the board’s decision to appoint Tim Harvey as the new CEO. According to a report in CTech, the drama unfolded this week when Harvey, previously the chairman of the board, announced he would take over the CEO role from Shoval at a company-wide Townhall.
