German foreign minister Annalena Baerbock has heaped praise on Unified Payments Interface (UPI) for its quick payment capabilities. Speaking alongside foreign minister S. Jaishankar at the Annual Ambassadors’ Conference in Berlin, Baerbock said that she remembered her time as the ambassador to India two years ago when she saw people buying groceries using UPI.
