BigBasket user claims platform blocked his account after he complained, company responds

A BigBasket user claims that the online grocery store blocked his account after he complained about missing onions from his order. Bhavye Goel @bhavyegoe took to microblogging platform X (formerly Twitter) to share his experience. He said that he ordered 1kg of onions from the Tata-owned BigBasket, but received 844 grams. Goel has also shared an image in the post depicting the alleged weight difference.
