With AI-powered cameras, motorists to be fined for completing Bengaluru-Mysuru journey within an hour

Are you driving from Bengaluru to Mysuru in just one hour? The Karnataka State Road Safety Authority (KSRSA) says you may be penalised for overspeeding on the 119-km access-controlled highway.

The KSRSA said the Bengaluru-Mysuru highway, notorious for fatal accidents, is now monitored with AI-powered cameras and sectional speed control mechanisms. The authority claims that the news monitoring systems have substantially reduced fatal accidents.
