Artificial intelligence (AI)-based image generator Midjourney has reportedly started blocking users from creating ‘fake’ images of US politicians ahead of the upcoming presidential elections. According to a report by the news agency The Associated Press, attempts to generate images of prominent figures such as President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump have been unsuccessful. When users tried to create an image of “Trump and Biden shaking hands at the beach,” the tool displayed a “Banned Prompt Detected” warning.
