Reliance Jio, Airtel and other telcos blacklist 50 companies over this reason

Telecom access providers, like Reliance Jio, Airtel and Vodafone Idea, have blacklisted over 50 companies in the last two weeks, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has said as the regulator works to crack down on spam calls and messages.
It also said that the telcos disconnected more than 2.75 lakh mobile numbers and telecom resources.
“These steps are expected to have a significant impact on reducing spam calls and providing relief to consumers.
