Microsoft confirms Windows 11 bug allowing users to uninstall Recall feature: “…will be fixed…”

Microsoft has confirmed that the ability to remove the Recall feature in the latest Windows 11 update is a bug. The company also noted that it is working on a fix to address the issue. According to a report by The Verge, the bug was first spotted by the Dutch blog Deskmodder last week. The blog noted that the latest 24H2 version of Windows 11, with KB5041865, comes with the ability to uninstall Recall from the Windows Features section.
