Sonos makes app development public after user backlash

Sonos, the smart speaker company, has taken an out of ordinary step by making its app development process public following intense backlash over its recent redesign. The company launched a Trello board on August 30, 2024, allowing users to track progress on fixes and upcoming features for its controversial new app.
