Intel employees at Ireland may face compulsory layoffs as the company’s voluntary severance program comes to a close, according to internal documents obtained by an Irish news outlet Business Post.
An internal memo as seen by the outlet reveals that Intel will make decisions on voluntary severance applications “based on business priorities,” potentially rejecting some staff who applied to leave.
