YouTube’s biggest star MrBeast, real name Jimmy Donaldson, has hired a high-profile attorney to combat recent controversies and allegations against him and his company. Alex Spiro, known for representing clients like Elon Musk and Alec Baldwin, has been brought on at a reported $2,000 per hour to conduct an internal audit and fend off public criticism.
According to The Daily Mail, Spiro has already sent a cease-and-desist letter to former MrBeast employee Dawson French, who recently posted videos calling Donaldson a “sociopath” and “fraud.” The letter accuses French of breaching a non-disclosure agreement and spreading false information.
