Elon Musk wins dismissal of lawsuit alleging dogecoin fraud and insider trading

A US District Judge has dismissed a federal lawsuit against Elon Musk and his electric vehicle company Tesla, reports news agency Reuters. The lawsuit accused them of defrauding investors by promoting the cryptocurrency dogecoin and conducting insider trading. This, the investors claims, resulted in billions of dollars of losses.
