Vodafone Idea shares jump nearly 4% as SC to hear AGR case on August 30

Vodafone Idea shares rose 3.6% to the day’s high of Rs 16.55 on the BSE after the Supreme Court scheduled a hearing for the company’s curative petition in the AGR case on August 30. Meanwhile, global brokerage firm Citi estimates the potential benefit of the update for the company could be Rs 4-5 per share or higher.
