Delhi court grants bail to alleged mastermind of Rs 91 lakh cyber fraud

The alleged mastermind of the nearly Rs 91 lakh cyber fraud, who was among eight people arrested in July by the Delhi Police, was recently granted bail by a court. According to the Delhi Police, Dinesh was among those who defrauded a man named Sachin Bansal of Rs 90 lakh through a WhatsApp group called “Thakor Academy of Financial Institution”.

Bansal, who joined the group on January 17, was given “stock market investment tips” by the members of the group. He was also asked to open a cryptocurrency account on the website http://www.yotemog.com under the pretext of high trading returns.
