Beautician trapped, blackmailed by cyber fraudster she met on gaming platform

A 34-year-old beautician filed a police complaint on Tuesday after a man she befriended on an online gaming platform blackmailed her by threatening to circulate her nude photos and extorted money from her. The Amboli police are currently investigating the case.

According to the police, the victim met the accused on a gaming app last month. After they became friends and began chatting regularly, the accused gained her trust and manipulated her into sending nude photos.
