LTIMindtree gets a ‘Rs 378 crore good news’ from Karnataka High Court

LTIMindtree announced that the Karnataka High Court has granted a stay order on the Goods and Services Tax (GST) notice issued to the company. The Mumbai-based IT major received a show cause notice from the Department of Goods and Service Tax, Office of the Principal Commissioner of Central Tax, the Joint Commissioner of Central Tax, Bengaluru.
In a regulatory filing, the IT services company said “High Court has stayed the proceedings pursuant to above Show Cause Notice till the next date of hearing, which is yet to be notified.”
