Capgemini acquires Syniti to enhance global data-led SAP transformations

Capgemini announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire Syniti, a company specialising in enterprise data management software and services with a global presence. The acquisition is aimed at enhancing Capgemini’s data-led solutions, particularly for large-scale SAP transformations, including the transition to SAP S/4HANA.
