Amazon and Bandai Namco are shutting down this anime-inspired game; here’s what the developers said

Bandai Namco has announced that an anime-inspired game which was available only in Japan is set to shut down on January 18, 2025. Named Blue Protocol, this anime-inspired MMO is developed by Bandai Naco and was in the process of being released in markets outside Japan, for which Amazon Games would’ve handled the publishing. However, the game-making studio has now revealed that the game’s pending shutdown has summarily cancelled its release outside Japan.
