Cognizant sues Infosys in the US court: Here’s what the complaint says

US-based software major Cognizant TriZetto has filed a lawsuit against Indian tech giant Infosys in a Texas federal court. The lawsuit filed by Cognizant alleges that Infosys has stolen trade secrets related to its healthcare insurance software. New Jersey-based Cognizant has 70% employees based out of India.
