Awfis to enter more markets, offer customised offerings to boost growth

Awfis Space Solutions will focus on building a capital-efficient managed aggregation model, entering new markets and expanding in existing ones, and investing in tier-two cities, the office space-sharing company’s chairman, Amit Ramani, said on Wednesday.

“We are seeing healthy growth in our design-and-build business and (it) will continue being the key area of growth for us. Our efforts will also be geared towards further widening the range of clients we cater to with customised offerings for GCC (global capability centres), large corporate and SMEs,” Ramani told analysts during a post-earnings call.
