Apple may not fulfill this macOS promise it made four years ago

Apple said that it will allow users to opt out of online notarization checks in 2021. This promise came after the macOS Big Sur launch faced widespread server outages in 2020. However, it’s been nearly three years and the company has yet to deliver on this promise.
