Xerox reveals ‘financial details’ of its 7-year deal with TCS, Microsoft and SAP in US stock exchange filing
Over a month after Xerox signed an IT transformation deal with India’s No.1 IT company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the digital printing company Xerox disclosed the deal size in a US stock exchange filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. While TCS previously announced the expanded partnership in June (June 21), the financial details of the agreement have only recently been unveiled.
