Entegris inks supply deal with chipmaker ON Semiconductor
Industrial materials maker Entegris Inc said on Wednesday it has entered into a long-term supply agreement with chipmaker ON Semiconductor to provide technological solutions to help manufacture silicon carbide (SiC)-based semiconductors.
