Elon Musk has once again filed a lawsuit in federal court in Northern California, reigniting his legal battle with OpenAI, the company he co-founded. The new lawsuit has the same foundation of the previous one – accusing OpenAI’s leadership of deceiving him about the company’s true intentions. Musk claims in the lawsuit that he was misled into co-founding OpenAI under the pretence of it being a non-profit focused on developing AI for the benefit of humanity.
