Valorant is now available on Xbox Series S/X and PlayStation 5
Riot Games launched Valorant for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X yesterday. The free-to-play 5v5 first-person tactical shooter, which was in beta for sometime in June is now available on consoles for those living in the United States, Canada, Europe, Japan and Brazil with Riot Games saying that it will have the same gameplay and characters as the PC version.
The company also said that the console version of Valorant won’t support crossplay to maintain “competitive integrity.” However, the console is getting cross-progression support, meaning the characters and skins you have unlocked on PC will carry over on consoles.
