Elon Musk’s Neuralink has installed a brain implant in a second patient, the Tesla CEO said in a podcast. The brain implant, as per Musk, is designed to give paralyzed patients the ability to use digital devices by thinking alone. Giving details of the second participant, Musk told podcast host Lex Fridman that the person had a spinal cord injury similar to the first patient, who was paralyzed in a diving accident.
