Neuralink, the neurotechnology startup founded by Elon Musk, has successfully implanted its brain-computer interface device into a second patient, marking a significant milestone in its mission to assist paralyzed individuals.
This development was confirmed by Musk during an extensive podcast released late Friday, which featured discussions on the latest progress of Neuralink’s technology.
The implant, designed to enable users to control digital devices through thought alone, aims to assist those with spinal cord injuries.
