Google Pixel 9 series may not run Android 15 at launch, claims report

Google Pixel 9 series will launch later this month but unlike the previous phones, the upcoming models may not run the latest Android software, a report has said. Android Headlines claims that the Google Pixel 9, Google Pixel 9 Pro and Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold may come with last year’s Android 14 out-of-the-box.
Traditionally, the tech giant doesn’t launch new Pixel devices with older versions of Android, but it may be the case this year.
