WhatsApp goes metro, Delhites can now top up in chat

WhatsApp has further expanded its partnership with Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) by introducing a metro card recharge feature on its platform. The new feature follows last year’s successful implementation of the QR ticketing system across all DMRC routes, including the Gurugram Rapid Metro. The newly introduced metro card recharge service will be available to commuters across the Delhi NCR region, allowing users to conveniently top up their metro cards through WhatsApp.
