On YouTube Fanfest’s 10th anniversary, the company has released a culture, and trends report showcasing what it says “how fandom has evolved into a powerful force shaping trends, communities, and the entertainment industry itself.” “Today, fans are not just passive consumers; they’re active participants, shaping the conversation, forging communities, and blurring the lines between fan and creator,” claims the report.
