ServiceNow to make strategic investment in Indian IT firm Prodapt

NEW DELHI: American workflow automation company ServiceNow is making a strategic investment in Prodapt, the Chennai-headquartered firm said on Thursday.

Prodapt provides digital and network services to the telecom and technology services.

As the first ServiceNow Ecosystem Ventures investment targeting the telco industry segment, Prodapt said it will promote the Now Platform to expand business transformation and leverage the learnings across clients through the development of new telecom and technology industry-specific, artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled solutions, enhanced industry and domain specific go-to-market capabilities, and increased skilling of certified ServiceNow experts.
