Hacker claims to have stolen Piramal Group’s employee data; company refutes any breach, call its “erroneous and misleading”

Piramal Group’s employee data has reportedly been hacked. According to a report in TechCrunch, a hacker has claimed to be selling data of Piramal Group’s current and former employees. Piramal Group has interests across pharma, financial services and real estate sectors.
As per the report, the stolen data includes full names and email addresses of current and former employees of the company.
