Prime Video launches new streaming features to enhance user experience

Prime Video is enhancing its user experience with generative AI-powered personalised recommendations that have rolled out globally starting July 23 and will be available to all the customers in the coming weeks.

In a blog, the streaming platform said that the updates will help customers easily discover new titles, sign up or switch add-on subscriptions, and manage their subscriptions using a single login.

“We’re always listening to customers and reviewing feedback, and it’s clear that many are in search of a more intuitive streaming experience,” said Kam Keshmiri, vice president of design at Prime Video.
