CCI clears Amazon seller Appario’s sale to Clicktech

India’s antitrust watchdog has approved the sale of Appario Retail, the largest seller on Amazon India, to Clicktech, another major seller on the platform.

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) on Tuesday said it approved the “proposed combination involving, inter alia, Amazon Asia-Pacific Holdings, Frontizo Business Services, Appario Retail, Haverl LLC and Clicktech Retail”.
