Nasdaq 100 gets a new stock, SMCI with over 180% YTD returns begins trading today

Super Micro Computer Inc. (Nasdaq: SMCI) is to be added to the Nasdaq-100 Index today, July 22, 2024. SMCI stock will also get added to the Nasdaq-100 Equal Weighted Index before market opening on Monday, July 22, 2024. As Super Micro Computer is being added to Nasdaq-100 index, Walgreens Boots Alliance will be removed from the index. Super Micro Computer Inc. will replace Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. (Nasdaq: WBA) in the Nasdaq-100 Index and the Nasdaq-100 Equal Weighted Index.
