Microsoft Designer app launches on iOS and Android

Microsoft’s AI-powered graphic design tool, Designer, is now available as a free app on iOS and Android devices, expanding access to its image generation and editing capabilities. The app, which leverages OpenAI’s DALL-E 3 model, has exited preview and is accessible to anyone with a personal Microsoft account.
