How Google’s reported biggest-ever acquisition may help it better compete with Microsoft, Amazon

Google’s parent company, Alphabet, is reportedly negotiating to buy cybersecurity startup Wiz for a hefty $23 billion. This would be Alphabet’s largest acquisition ever. The deal isn’t finalised yet, but if it goes through, Google could gain a significant advantage in competing against cloud giants Microsoft and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
