US IT company Intuit to layoff 1,800: CEO writes open letter to employees, says jobs cuts not to reduce costs

US-based IT company Intuit is cutting jobs. The company announced that it will cut about 1,800 employees. Chief Executive Officer Sasan Goodarzi said in an open letter to employees that 10% of the company’s workforce will be impacted by the layoffs.
