India’s foldable smartphone market may reach 0.8 mn units in 2024: Counterpoint

NEW DELHI: India’s foldable smartphone market is expected to reach 0.8 million units in 2024, down from a million units forecasted earlier, Counterpoint Research said in a market update released Wednesday.

Tarun Pathak, Research Director at Counterpoint Research stated that the foldable smartphone market is still a niche segment and it is likely to remain so for at least a few more years.
