Amazon’s latest Echo Spot doubles up as a customisable smart alarm clock

As part of the upcoming Prime Day sale, Amazon has added a new device to its Echo range of smart speakers. The latest version of Echo Spot is an Alexa-powered smart speaker with a colour touchscreen that can show weather details, song titles, and can also be used to control other smart devices.

The latest Echo Spot is priced at $79.99, making it the most affordable Echo with a screen, available in black, glacier white, and ocean blue shades. During the Prime Day sale (July 17 in the US), the Echo Spot will be available for as low as $44.99.
