AI tool by Digii and AWS to help Indian teachers with roll call, student assessment

Digii and Amazon Web Services (AWS) have joined hands to launch a new generative AI tool called DigiiAI in over 20 educational institutions across India.

“In its initial phase, DigiiAI will leverage generative artificial intelligence (AI) to streamline administrative tasks, enhance classroom management, and provide personalised support for faculty members,” read an official press release dated Wednesday, July 10.

Manipal Academy of BFSI, Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) Bangalore, Chanakya University, The Apollo University, and Techno India University are a few of the Indian colleges that have been selected for the rollout of DigiiAI.
