Accenture buys US-based Cientra to boost silicon design capabilities

NEW DELHI: Irish-American IT and consulting firm Accenture has acquired United States-headquartered silicon design and engineering services company Cientra. The companies, however, did not disclose the financial terms of the deal.

Founded in 2015, Cientra has offices in Frankfurt, Germany as well as in Bangalore, Hyderabad and New Delhi.
