L&T Semiconductor Technologies buys Bengaluru-based company

Larsen & Toubro’s (L&T) semiconductor subsidiary, L&T Semiconductor Technologies (LTSCT), announced plans to acquire Bengaluru-based SiliConch Systems. The deal, valued at Rs 183 crore, will see LTSCT take a 100% stake in the company.
